1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Storage Rebellion website located at thestoragerebellion.com ("Site") or any of our programs, communities, or services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and members, including those who access free resources such as the Storage

Launchpad community and those who purchase paid memberships such as First Close or The Insiders.

3. Our Services

Storage Rebellion offers the following programs and services:

Storage Launchpad — A free community and educational resource for people exploring self-storage investing.

First Close — A paid membership program for investors ready to acquire their first self-storage facility, including live coaching calls, course curriculum, and community access.

The Insiders — A paid high-level mastermind for operators building multi-facility portfolios.

Virtual Summits and Workshops — Periodic live online events, some free and some paid.

The Storage Rebellion Podcast — A free publicly available podcast.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. Accounts and Membership

To access paid programs, you will create an account on our community platform, currently Mighty Networks. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Membership access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other person.

6. Payments and Billing

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis, monthly or annually depending on the plan selected, through Mighty Networks. One-time payments for events or other offers may be processed through Stripe via GoHighLevel. By enrolling in a paid program or purchasing an event or offer, you authorize us or our payment processors to charge your payment method according to the payment terms shown at the time of purchase.

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing members.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your Mighty Networks account before your next billing cycle. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access through the end of the period you have paid for.

8. Educational Content — No Guarantee of Results

Storage Rebellion provides educational content, coaching, and community resources related to self-storage investing. All content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

We do not guarantee any specific financial results, investment returns, or that you will close any particular deal. Real estate investing involves significant risk, and results will vary based on individual effort, market conditions, capital availability, and many other factors outside our control.

Nothing in our Services constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and within our programs — including but not limited to text, video, audio, graphics, course materials, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Storage Rebellion and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any of our content without our prior written permission. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access content for your own educational use only.

10. Community Standards

By participating in any Storage Rebellion community, including Mighty Networks, Facebook Group, or other platforms, you agree to:

Treat all members and staff with respect

Not share, solicit, or promote competing products or services without permission

Not post spam, misleading information, or illegal content

Not harass, threaten, or demean other members

We reserve the right to remove any content and revoke membership access for violations of these standards, without refund.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storage Rebellion, Storage Rebel LLC, its owners, employees, coaches, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or investment losses, arising from your use of our Services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rochester, New York.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Site. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
